Arcky brings the sidebar-first way of browsing to a small, native Mac app.
A space for each part of your life, each with its own colours. Profiles keep logins, history and downloads apart.
โT for anything: sites, searches, open tabs. โงโฉ jumps straight to the top result.
Up to four tabs side by side. Links from pinned tabs open in a floating Peek.
Write notes and sketch on canvases right in the sidebar. Capture any page onto an Easel.
Restyle any site with your own CSS, fonts and JavaScript, or zap away the bits you don't want.
Trackers blocked out of the box. Add EasyList and friends for more.
Folders that fill themselves from RSS feeds or your GitHub pull requests.
Links from other apps open in small windows; videos float when you switch tabs.
One-click import from Arc, Chrome, Brave, Edge or any bookmarks file. Sync between Macs via iCloud Drive.
Arcky is a test build, so it isn't notarized by Apple yet. macOS asks you to approve it once.
Get Arcky.dmg and open it.
Drop Arcky onto the Applications folder in the window that opens.
macOS will say it can't verify Arcky. Click Done, not Move to Trash.
In System Settings โธ Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway.

The short answers.
No. Arcky is an independent project inspired by Arc's ideas. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by The Browser Company.
Apps from outside the App Store need to be notarized with a paid Apple developer account for macOS to recognise them. This test build isn't, so you approve it once by hand (see Install).
On your Mac. If you turn on Sync, Arcky also keeps a copy in your own iCloud Drive (or a folder you choose). Nothing is sent anywhere else.
Not yet. Arcky uses Apple's WebKit engine (like Safari), which keeps it light but doesn't run Chrome extensions. Boosts and built-in blocking cover the common cases.
Any Mac with macOS 15 Sequoia or later, Apple Silicon or Intel.
